System Description:

Monochrome camera technology (1 digital camera, 2 video cameras), optics and lighting, revolving table, industry PC and software are arranged in a complete system. The mechanical construction is optimized for customer-specific requirements and prepared for the production line in the cleanroom. Surface and dimensions of the housing are already intended for a future laminar flow unit. An extension with an automatic handling system is already planned. Thus the system can be operated together with the injection-molding machine as a standalone system under cleanroom conditions.
