Up to 270 bags are detected by the digital system which evaluates the existence and the correct positional arrangement of the edges and folds as well as the bottom width and length within defined tolerances.
The measuring points are defined in a password-protected quality control plan whose assessment criteria and tolerances can be modified. Image analysis and presentation are activated automatically depending on the clock speed. A manual intervention during start or stop is not necessary. The last defective inspected object or the continuous image is displayed on the monitor together with a green/red status indicator and evaluation statistics.
