For the digital video camera CF 8/5 MX & CF 8 HS with RS 232 interface Kappa provides a control unit for PC-independent operation. All camera functions can be operated by remote control and saved in the camera and in the control unit:
- AIT
- AGC
- Offset
- Gain
- Gamma (1 / 0,45)
- Line generator for reticles (LG) 1 + 2
- Patented: Dynamic Range Enhancement (DRE)- User adjustments can be stored and transferred
The MXC is a "must" wherever video cameras are installed inaccessible, as it is often the case e.g., for industrial QA inspections. The control unit enables a safe and precise adjustment of the camera parameters even under unfavorable conditions. With the storage function user adjustments are reproducible. Parameter settings can be transferred to one or more cameras with the MXC.
