All Kappa GigE Vision Zelos cameras come with the appropriate control software KCC Zelos and the software development kit SDK Zelos! This is more than a starter kit; it’s all you need for getting started fast and it provides easy system integration for quick tests as well as for complex machine integration. 

The control software KCC Zelos is specially developed for the Zelos cameras.It provides comprehensive adjustments in a clear structure for intuitive use. The scope of control functions depends on the Zelos camera model. KCC Zelos displays the live image of the camera full screen, in a window or scaled in defined steps. For GigE Vision data transfer you can freely adjust the bandwidth. The images can be saved in commonly used file formats (*.bmp, *.tif, *.jpg, *.png). The complete parameter set of the camera can be saved and reloaded into the camera at any time. A viewer, included with the camera, accepts both standard image formats and raw data.

A TWAIN interface for the integration into application environments is provided via the free plug-in for the software Kappa ImageBase. 

Optionally we offer the Zelos Recording function. Live sequences (also in high definition) are compressed in real-time at full resolution and full frame rate and then saved as high-quality video file. The user can choose between different encoder formats (e.g., MJPEG, MPEG-4 Video Encoder Direct Show Filter and AVC/H.264 Encoder DirectShow Filter). The data volume can be reduced with adjustments for partial scan, binning or frame rate.
