At the beginning of every complex development project is the technical feasibility analysis by a Kappa A-Team comprised of members from all participating areas and divisions. Once we have penetrated the operational environment and the specific conditions, we bring in our competency as camera professionals. Our expertise brings experience and invention together: we can help you create the new solution your task requires. Through a well-substantiated risk analysis and consistent requirements management, we ensure that the product you want, with all its specifications and the framework requirements you set, is technically and organizationally feasible.
You set the standards!
For project management, we have our own Kappa Standards, but we’re happy to conform to your standards or to any required norms, such as EN 9100 for aviation or EN13485. We have the experience!

Especially for clients with very complex projects or for those with several camera projects, the program manager is the central contact person who bundles all comprehensive processes and guides you to the conclusion of technical development of a project and further on through the entire product life cycle With this holistic approach, we ensure that your specifications are fulfilled – not just in the technical sense.
